Withdrawal of Manuscript

Authors are permitted to withdraw their manuscripts from Qur’an and Sunnah Research Journal (QSRJ) provided that the withdrawal request is submitted before the manuscript enters the peer review, copyediting, or production stage.

Withdrawal requests must be submitted formally by the corresponding author through the journal’s official communication channel. The request should clearly state the reason for withdrawal and include confirmation from all co-authors, where applicable.

Once a manuscript has entered the editorial review process, peer review stage, copyediting process, or has been scheduled for publication, withdrawal requests may not be accepted except under special circumstances determined by the editorial board.

Authors are strongly encouraged to ensure their readiness for publication before submission. Simultaneous submission of the same manuscript to multiple journals is considered unethical academic practice and is strictly prohibited.

QSRJ reserves the right to reject future submissions from authors found engaging in unethical withdrawal practices, duplicate submissions, or actions that disrupt the editorial and peer review process.
