Global Journal of Islamic Law (GJIL) is published by CV. NIMSYA Publisher. It is a professional publication that published biannually in June and December. Global Journal of Islamic Law is a peer-reviewed academic journal that publishes high-quality research on Islamic law (fiqh) and its contemporary developments within diverse legal, social, and global contexts. The journal focuses on the dynamic interaction between classical Islamic jurisprudence and modern legal systems, addressing both theoretical and applied dimensions of Islamic law. The journal aims to advance scholarly discourse by exploring how Islamic legal principles respond to contemporary challenges, including globalization, human rights, legal reform, and socio-economic transformation.
