About the Journal
Global Journal of Islamic Law (GJIL) is published by CV. NIMSYA Publisher. It is a professional publication that published biannually in June and December. Global Journal of Islamic Law is a peer-reviewed academic journal that publishes high-quality research on Islamic law (fiqh) and its contemporary developments within diverse legal, social, and global contexts. The journal focuses on the dynamic interaction between classical Islamic jurisprudence and modern legal systems, addressing both theoretical and applied dimensions of Islamic law. The journal aims to advance scholarly discourse by exploring how Islamic legal principles respond to contemporary challenges, including globalization, human rights, legal reform, and socio-economic transformation. The journal welcomes original research articles, comparative studies, and critical reviews in, but not limited to, the following areas: Islamic Jurisprudence (Fiqh) and Usul al-Fiqh, Comparative Law and Legal Systems, Islamic Law in Contemporary Contexts, Human Rights and Ethics in Islamic Law, Law, Society, and Public Policy, Legal Reform and Contemporary Ijtihad, Islamic Legal History and Thought, Interdisciplinary Approaches to Islamic Law.
