Focus and Scope

Fun Learning for SD/MI (FLESCi) is published by CV. NIMSYA Publisher and is a professional scholarly journal published biannually in April and October. The journal focuses on publishing scientific articles that examine the implementation of fun learning at the Elementary School/Islamic Elementary School (SD/MI) level.

FLESCi welcomes research articles and conceptual papers addressing innovations and developments in the field of elementary education, particularly those related to:

  1. Learning Strategies, including innovative approaches, models, and techniques oriented toward student-centered learning, active learning, creative and collaborative learning, communicative learning, and character-based education.

  2. Learning Media, covering the development and utilization of digital and non-digital media, educational technology, interactive multimedia, educational games, and instructional teaching aids that support effective, interactive, and enjoyable learning environments.

  3. Teaching Methods, such as demonstration, discussion, experimentation, project-based learning, problem-based learning, blended learning, and other relevant instructional methods aimed at improving students’ motivation, academic achievement, and learning outcomes at the SD/MI level.

In addition, the journal provides space for studies related to curriculum development, learning assessment and evaluation, basic literacy and numeracy, character education, and the integration of Islamic values in learning at the SD/MI level.

FLESCi aims to serve as an academic platform for lecturers, teachers, researchers, and educational practitioners to develop and disseminate ideas and research findings that contribute to improving the quality of innovative, creative, and enjoyable learning in elementary education.
